Arsenal manager Miguel Arteta has confirmed Gabriel Jesus can partner Kai Havertz up front after his Carabao Cup hat-trick.

Arsenal beat Crystal Palace 3-2 in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, with all three goals coming from Gabriel Jesus, and the Gunners face the Eagles again in the Premier League on Saturday.
With Jesus’ excellent form, many are cheering for him to have a chance to play as a starter, which is his position as a center forward, where Kai Havertz is usually the main player use regularly.
Arteta has confirm the pair can play together, but has not said whether it will be a two-forward or if one of them needs to be deploy elsewhere.
“It’s possible. With the players we have and the connections we can build, I think it’s definitely possible to play like that.”
“As I said before, I’m very pleased with Gabby’s performance, very pleased with the team’s performance and, most importantly, we’re in the semi-finals (of the Carabao Cup),” Arteta said.
